The shipping costs incurred for returning your item(s) to Saint Belle for refund are at your own expense. We will provide you with a refund/exchange or credit on full-priced items if:
All of our garments are created using 100% Cotton of which 30% is from a recycled source woven by hand in Bangalore. This can vary slightly in colour from production to production. Different fabrics have different tone and texture which is beautifully unique to your piece of Saint Belle. This is impossible to match exactly. We stand by this natural process which is part of our philosophy and how we produce our garments. Difference in fabrics texture and tone is not grounds for returns.
Please make sure to read the care label instructions and/or contact us at hello@saintbelle.co.uk if in doubt of how to wash. All Saint Belle fabric is pre-washed for quality control.
We recommend using only eco-friendly detergents. Harsh detergents can result in colour discolouration and stain the garments.
Please try items on with care. If you decide to return something, please ensure that it is in perfect condition. This means that is must be clean (no deodorant, perfume or make-up stains), unworn and unwashed. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.
How to Return
To apply for a return or exchange, please email us at hello@saintbelle.co.uk with your original order details as well as a reason as to why you wish to return your purchase.
Please fill out and include this returns form along with your returns parcel.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your order to ensure safe and documented delivery, as Saint Belle take no responsibility in tracking your return.
Undeliverable Items
If items are undeliverable to you by the courier services these orders will be held for a defined period of time (varies per company) for you to collect. If uncollected items exceed this limit, they will be returned to us as the sender. All items will be automatically refunded and returned to stock. You will be notified via email of the refund once processed.
