Delivery Info

We strive to process your orders quickly and efficiently.  Most orders are dispatched with our courier partner within 24 hours of being placed however please allow up to 48 hours to process some orders.  If you are in any doubt or would like a direct contact, please email us at 

Should any unforeseen delays occur, you will be notified within 48 hours of placing your order. 

Orders are NOT  processed on Saturdays, Sundays and UK Bank Holidays.  Orders placed on these days shall be processed on a Monday and are aimed to be with you by Tuesday, however please allow up to 48 hours. 


Please note delivery information, restrictions and/or limitations in the following countries:

Australia - DHL delivery windows are currently longer than expected at 5-10 days.

Canada - DHL shipments will incur Duties and Taxes payable by the customer at point of entry. 

Russia - DHL service is currently unavailable.

United States of America - DHL do not deliver to PO Box addresses.


Orders placed after 12:00 midday Thursday will be processed on Friday and delivered on Monday. Orders placed after 12:00 midday Friday will be processed on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. 

UK orders are sent using order tracking with our courier partner and require a signature at point of delivery. Please consider this when entering your desired delivery address.


What if I am not home when they deliver? 

We recommend you use a delivery address where there will be someone to receive and sign for the delivery, note this can be a work address.

If you are out, the usual procedure is for the delivery service to leave a “We Stopped By” card. You can then collect from a depot or re-arrange delivery for a time that suits you using the details on the card. 

Saint Belle does not accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a different location you deem as a “safe place” we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive your parcel. 


Undeliverable Items

If items are undeliverable to you by our courier partner, these orders will be held for a defined period of time (varies per company) for you to collect or re-arrange delivery. If uncollected items exceed this period, they will be returned to Saint Belle as the sender. All items will be automatically refunded and returned to stock. You will be notified via email of the refund once processed.
